Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Rates are calculated and displayed at the checkout.
Delivery is aimed at 2-3 working days.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Europe, USA and worldwide.
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail International Standard and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
Worldwide: 6-7 working days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Whirligig is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Where is my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at whirlygigdesignsshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Refunds, returns
and exchanges
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These are addressed on a case-by-case basis and we will try our best to come to a satisfactory solution.
